Special Events Chair Needed

– Planning unity events and providing flyers for each event to GSRs to take back to their groups. 

(Ensure clear communication and promotion of events through flyers, announcements, and digital channels).

– Coordinating fundraisers that align with NA principles.  

– Providing complete and timely expense reports for all events.  

– Holding a planning meeting with the members assisting him/her before each event to ensure all procedures are followed and the event is successful.  

– Attending Regional and Area meetings; if the Chair cannot attend, a representative from the established chain of command should represent the subcommittee.

– One fundraising event (in place of a Recovery Show).  

– Unity Day.  

– Thanksgiving Marathon.  

– In addition to the three mandatory events, it is suggested that Special Events also host at least three additional fundraisers each year.

We meet the Last Monday of the Month. Our next meeting is 2/23/26 .
