Tri-County of Southern Maryland Area recovery meetings are
held in Charles, St. Mary's and Calvert Counties of Maryland.
The Area Service Committee meets at 6:30 PM on the first
Wednesday
of every month at Christ Church, Route 6, La Plata, MD.
The Tri-County of
Southern Maryland Area also has active
subcommittees
Hospitals & Institutions: Carries the NA message of recovery to
addicts who do not have full
access to regular NA meetings. Meetings or presentations are provided
to hospitals, jails, addiction treatment facilities, detox centers, and
other institutions.
Public Information: The purpose of PI work in Narcotics
Anonymous is to inform the
public that NA exists and offers recovery from the disease of
addiction. A PI Committee helps to ensure that information about our
fellowship is accurate and is available to the public.
Special Events: Plans special events for the members of NA
including dances, trips,
hosting the regional and any other activities of interest.
