The Chesapeake and Potomac Regional Service Committee (RSC) meetings are hosted every even month by alternating Areas. The tentative schedule is as follows: |
The Autonomy Zone consists of six Regions. The Autonomy Zonal Forum (AZF) meetings are hosted twice a year by volunteering Regions. The Regions are as follows: |

Hosting Areas need to plan their pending Regional at least 3 months in advance. Areas should bring flyers announcing the next Regional to the current Regional Subcommittee meeting. |
