The Chesapeake and Potomac Regional Service Committee (RSC) meetings are hosted every even month by alternating areas. The tentative schedule is as follows:

Zonal Forum
The C & P Region is a member of the Autonomy Zone. The Autonomy Zone consists of six Regions. The Autonomy Zonal Forum (AZF) meetings are hosted twice a year by volunteering Regions. The Regions are as follows:
