As an NA member, you have the ability to impact this through your homegroup’s vote on items in the Conference Agenda Report (CAR).   Your homegroup can record its vote on CAR items on the CAR Ballot.  The CAR Ballot is due to your Regional Committee Member (RCM) by April 12, 2012.  It is suggested you print out the Ballot for your homegroup members and plan a series of homegroup business meetings to work through the votes.
